She had also undertaken a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Project for semiconductor company.

In her earlier career, Lena has held senior positions in industries such as hospitality, education, performing arts, information technology etc.   In a nutshell, she is a highly motivated individual, who believes in anything worth doing, is worth doing well.
